Operative management of money positions
If a Dealer has money positions, corresponding to his settlement (trading) accounts with different settlement centers, he can carry out operative management of funds, so that he can make changes in these money positions which are not connected with concluding transactions in bonds, entering orders to buy bonds or changing the initial values of money position. In other words, in the course of the trading session, a Dealer can increase one of his money positions and, accordingly, decrease another money position (money positions correspond to settlement (trading) accounts with different settlement centers). To do this, he must enter into the trading system a special order to decrease/increasе a money position.
Operative management of money positions enables Dealers to make inter-regional transfers of funds within one day.
