MICEX Bridge has been developed by the specialists of Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange to provide external Information and Broker systems with the fast and flexible access to the MICEX Trading System.

MICEX Bridge provides bidirectional connection to the MICEX Trading System: to receive information from the Trading System (about trades, quotations, securities, trading firms, etc.) and to perform active transactions (submit orders, withdraw orders, etc.).

Key features and benefits

• Different types of connection.
  MICEX Bridge can be used with:
  • Broker systems that have access to the MICEX trading network via serial port with RS-232 protocol (version MICEX Bridge Serial).
  • Broker systems that have access to the MICEX trading network via hardware PIX Security Appliance with TCP/IP protocol (version MICEX Bridge).
• Multiple transaction connections. With MICEX Bridge it is possible to set up several parallel connections to the MICEX Trading System (i.e. separate connections to submit orders, to get quotes, to get trades info, etc.). This allows to maximize the data exchange speed.
• Uniform informational objects. The most of informational objects (tables and transactions) are the same for all of the MICEX markets, so a broker system can be easily modified to work on any market.
• Interface multiversioning. With the constant improvement of the MICEX Trading System there are new tables and transactions added to the Trading System. These additions become available as the new versions of the access interface. MICEX Bridge allows to specify the interface version, providing the backward compatibility for the older external systems.
• Low system requirements. MICEX Bridge requires little system resources and can be easily used on a mid-level office PC.
• Support by the MICEX Team. Free technical support and updates of the MICEX Bridge.
