MICEX ownership of all data
The MICEX has exclusive usage, distribution, provision and dissemination rights of all and any information related to trading on the MICEX and the MICEX SE. Having received access to the above information, users can use it only for their private purposes. Except where users contract with MICEX directly for the right to redeliver, redistribute, provide, disseminate or demonstrate to a third party any information received through access to the MICEX website or via email service, they have no right to redeliver, redistribute, provide, disseminate or demonstrate to a third party any information received from MICEX.
Should any user breach obligations in this regard, the MICEX has the right to cancel the user’s access to trading information without prior notification.
No any information published on the MICEX websites can be disseminated, published on third parties websites or used in other ways without MICEX consent. This concerns any part of the content published on the MICEX websites, including financial market data, quotes, news, analyst opinions and research reports, etc, or any variable calculated and based on the Exchange information. Unless otherwise specified, users are responsible for any violation of the above.
User Connections
Individual connections provide access to information resources for only one computer at a time, and through one password. Users should not disclose the password to third parties.
Payment
Invoices for access to MICEX information resources and for provision of MICEX information services are issued by the MICEX based on connection tariffs for Information Units, and the connection period. MICEX Invoices for Information Services should be paid within three working days.
The subscriber should direct by fax (+7 495 705–96-45) or by email (to commerce@micex.com) a scanned copy of the payment receipt with a bank mark confirming payment and specifying the account number for which payment is made. If the account is not paid within the specified terms, the account of the user is cancelled.
Notes
1. Registered subscribers (users) can access their current account status in the “Registered users” control panel. Registered subscribers (users) who have forgotten their password should telephone +7 495 745–81-46.
2. The information access system automatically ceases access to users at the conclusion of the subscription period.
3. All questions concerning registration or access to information blocks should be addressed to the MICEX market data and indices promotion department on (Telephone) +7 495 745–81-03, (facsimile) +7 495 705–96-45, and email commerce@micex.com.
4. The MICEX reserves the right to make changes to the maintenance of Information blocks.
5. The MICEX reserves the right to cancel applications for subscription to Information blocks where incorrect information is provided by the applicant.
Access to MICEX Internet Server
Access to the MICEX internet server is the responsibility of the User. Registration requires a valid email address, and the generation of a login ID and password.
Format and content of data
The data provided by the MICEX through MICEX Information services is available on the MICEX website in sample form for potential users to examine in terms of data and format provided. It is the responsibility of users to ensure that the data and format provided is suitable for the user.
