1. Is it possible to monitor trading in all markets simultaneously by subscribing to the Consolidated Information Unit that contains information on trading in the currency market, stock market, and government-backed securities market?

Yes. To do so, install the specialized MICEX Web Client program on your computer to view Information Units during trading on MICEX. The program allows you to simultaneously view all of the MICEX trading floors in real time in the course of trading, including the best quotes and trades and analytical information in the form of charts.

2. Is it possible for me, as an individual, to pay for MICEX’s information services by a transfer from my account with a commercial Alfa-Bank rather than in cash through Sberbank?

Yes. Any form of payment for MICEX Information Units is permissible, with the exception of cash payment to the MICEX’s cashier’s office.

3. We ordered the Information Unit for the MICEX Currency Market and only connected one computer. Some time later, it turned out that we needed to connect one more workstation to the same information. Is it possible to acquire another connection? Are any discounts provided for in such a case?

4. I am leaving for a business trip. As I am the only employee at our organization in charge of the MICEX Information Unit subscription and the date for renewing the subscription falls during my absence, may I renew the subscription in advance?

Yes. To do so, execute a new order without waiting for the expiration of the previous one. The order must contain the desired date of connection to MICEX Information Units. You can find information on all of your orders under execution, valid orders, and archived orders in the Registered User’s Area of the MICEX Internet Server.

5. To what fax number should I send the payment order for the subscription?

6. We have paid for the subscription. When will we get access to trading in the currency market?

Access is provided on the day after the payment confirmation is received.

7. Our organization’s mailing address has changed. What should we do?

Enter the Registered User’s Area and make the appropriate changes in the Details section.
