Rules for Banks Connecting to the SWIFT-Network Access System via the MICEX CH

To connect to the SWIFT-Network Access System via the MICEX CH (the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange Clearing House), the following is required:

  1. 1. If a bank is a MICEX Electronic Document Management System Participant (EDMS), it must act in accordance with the procedure stipulated on the MICEX website in the Connecting to a new EDMS subsystem section.
  2. If a bank is not a MICEX EDMS Participant, it must act in accordance with the procedure stated on the MICEX website in the Connecting to the EDMS section.
  3. Enter into an Agreement regarding providing S.W.I.F.T.- Network access and an Agreement regarding exchanging electronic documents via e-mail with the MICEX CH.
  4. Install the MICEX Clearing House encrypted email system software (contact telephone number 745–81–17).
  5. When interacting with the MICEX Clearing House encrypted email system using FTP, it is necessary to obtain a personal identifier and access password to the MICEX Clearing House encrypted email system (contact telephone number 745–81–17) by virtue of power of attorney.
