MICEX SE Electronic Document Circulation

Electronic document circulation at the MICEX SE is organized within the framework of the ZAO MICEX Electronic Document Circulation System. The MICEX SE oversees the MICEX SE EDCS subsystem. The MICEX SE EDCS subsystem is a subsystem of the ZAO MICEX EDCS, which is used for interacting with users and the EDCS Administrator. The MICEX SE subsystem of the EDCS includes MICEX SE software, information, and hardware, the EDCS Administrator, and users of the MICEX SE EDCS subsystem.

Electronic document circulation concerning securities trading on the MICEX SE is regulated by the ZAO MICEX Rules of Electronic Document Circulation, the Procedure for Organizing Electronic Document Circulation at the MICEX SE, and the Rules of Securities Trading on the ZAO MICEX SE.

To gain access to the MICEX SE subsystem of EDCS, users must:

  1. Gain access to document circulation in the EDCS in accordance with the terms provided for in the Rules of Electronic Document Circulation;
  2. Have, in accordance with the MICEX Rules of EDC, a valid electronic signature key and a valid certificate for “Electronic Document Circulation on the MICEX Stock Market” or “Electronic Document Circulation at the MICEX SE” issued by the MICEX Certificate Management Center;
  3. Submit the documents provided for in the Rules of the MICEX SE to the MICEX SE.
