Electronic document circulation in the NAMEX Standard Contracts for Grain, Legumes, and Industrial Crops Section is governed by the Rules of Electronic Document Circulation approved by the MICEX Directorate, and the Regulation on the NAMEX Standard Contracts for Grain, Legumes, and Industrial Crops Section (hereinafter referred to as “the Rules”).

Section Members participating in the MICEX EDCS have the opportunity to receive reports in the form of electronic documents (ED). The composition and format of electronic documents disseminated among Section Members are regulated by the Rules.

Electronic documents are disseminated either via e-mail, through the MICEX mail server in the MICEX trading network, or through the MICEX mail server on the Internet.
