Yevgeniy V. Ellinskiy

Yevgeniy Vadimovitch Ellinskiy was born on July 20, 1966 in Gorky. In 1988 graduated from Gorky Polytechnic Institution named after A.A.Zhdanov in radio engineering. In 1998 completed post-graduate studies in Volgo-Vyatkskaya Civil Service Academy in economics. In 1999 — 2000 completed the course in management for President Program of Executive Training at Nizhniy Novgorod Educational Consortium.

In 1993 — 1995 was employed by Joint-Stock Industrial and Investment Bank "Volgo-Vyatkskiy Prominbank" as the Head of Investment Department.

Joined Nizhniy Novgorod Currency and Stock Exchange (NNX) at the date of its incorporation. From 1995 till 2000 held the post of Chairman of NNX Board.

Since 2000 till his appointment to the post of Deputy General Director of MICEX was the Chairman of the Board of ZAO "Nizhniy Novgorod Currency and Stock Exchange" (NNX). Has gained substantial experience in promoting MICEX products and services in Russian regions.

Since 2002 is the member of the Board of Directors of MICEX Clearing House and the member of the Council of National Currency Association. Attested by Federal Commission for Securities and Stock Market as Higher Executive of an Agency, Specializing on Trading Organization (Stock Exchange).

Married, has a daughter.
