What are the frequency and time limits for submitting reports to MICEX?

- It depends on your organization’s membership in specific MICEX Sections. Forms and frequency of submitting reports.

What report forms need to be submitted?

- Credit and non-credit organizations that are MICEX Section members must submit their reports in accordance with the Forms and frequency of submitting reports.

How many copies of the reports need to be submitted if our organization is a member of more than one MICEX Section?

- You need only submit one copy.

How often are the versions of report generation programs updated?

- It depends on changes in the regulations of the Bank of Russia and FSFM. Usually, the versions are updated quarterly for credit organizations and annually for non-credit organizations.

We are not able to download the report generation software from your website. Can we receive new versions via e-mail?

- Yes, you can make use of this service. Credit organizations can subscribe to e-mail dissemination of KLIKO updates. For non-credit organizations, this service is available by request on a one-time basis (finreport[@]micex.com).

Why do the values of certain performance standards calculated by our bank differ from those calculated by KLIKO?

- Most likely, you are using an out-of-date version of KLIKO. New versions of the program can be found here.
Also, please note that ALL of the program’s reporting forms must be completed in order to correctly calculate the standards.

Can our organization submit its reports in electronic form only?

- Yes. To do so, your organization must be a Participant in the MICEX Electronic Document Circulation System (the procedure for accessing the System is described here) or call: +7 (495) 363–32-32.

Why haven’t we received confirmation that our reports were delivered?

- To receive delivery confirmation of your communication with MICEX, the subject of your message must contain the word “report” or “reporting”.
