2 Certificate of state registration issued by the Ministry of Taxes

3 Professional securities market participant license for broker activities and/or dealer activities and/or securities management

4 Exchange intermediary license for exchange-based futures and option trades

5 Applicants for a Member status and existing Members must also comply with the requirements established by the National Clearing Center’s Rules of Clearing

6 At the time that an applicant submits an application for admission to membership in the Currency Market, the term of validity of the license must be at least 6 months.

7 At the time that an applicant submits an application for admission, (GCM and GCP categories) the term of validity of the banking license must be at least two years.
