General Information

This section is dedicated to individuals and legal entities planning to perform operations in the MICEX Group’s markets. It contains information about the options for entering the MICEX Group’s markets: the procedure for receiving Member status and admission to trading, working as a Member’s client, receiving informational access, etc.

Information for current Members is provided in the For Existing Members section.

Legal entities (Russian residents only) – professional market participants who have the necessary licenses – may participate directly in trading in the MICEX Group’s markets. To do so, they must follow the procedure for receiving Member status and admission to trading in the relevant MICEX market. For further information, please refer to the Becoming a Member section.

Legal entities (including non-residents) not planning to engage in operations in financial and stock markets as their sole professional activity may enter the MICEX Group’s markets as Member’s clients. For further information, please refer to the Becoming a Client section.

Individuals may only participate in trading in the MICEX Group’s markets as a Member’s client. For further information, please refer to the Becoming a Client section.
