Procedure for Providing Information and Reports by the MICEX Stock Exchange Participants
In accordance with the resolution of the MICEX CJSC SE Directorate (Minutes dd. December 10, 2008 No. 196/1), the Procedure for Providing Information and Reports by the MICEX Stock Exchange Participants (hereafter – Procedure), have taken effect on December 15, 2008*.
The Procedure was developed in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory legal acts of the federal executive securities market authority, the Articles of Association of the MICEX SE Closed Joint Stock Company, the MICEX SE Closed Joint Stock Company Regulations on Admission to Trade and other MICEX SE CJSC internal documents.
The Procedure specifies formats and terms of providing reports and information to the MICEX SE CJSC by MICEX SE Participants and also contains the requirements put forth by the Regulations on Electronic Document Circulation, approved by the authorized body of MICEX CJSC, for electronic document circulation and electronic documents if using the latter for providing reports and information.
Please note the following basic features of the Procedure:
- in order to create the weekly calculation of assets (capital), we suggest using the program for creating weekly reports for the MICEX SE CJSC located in this section. The file containing the weekly calculation of assets (capital) created by the program is sent via e-mail to the address wreport@micex.com in accordance with the requirements of the Procedure.
- in order to create quarterly reports, use the form established by the FSSM of Russia in accordance with Provision on Professional Securities Market Trader Reports (approved by the joint Resolution of the FCS of Russia No. 33 and the Russian Ministry of Finances No. 109n, dd. December 11, 2001 (Form No. 1100)), the program for which can be found on the FSSM of Russia website in the “Electronic Forms” sub-section. The files containing quarterly reports created by the program are sent via e-mail to the address qreport@micex.com in accordance with the requirements of the Procedure (special attention should be paid to the requirements in S. 4.3.1 of the procedure – if the quarterly report consists of several files, they should first be archived in ZIP format, then the ZIP file should be signed with an electronic signature and encrypted. If the quarterly report files are signed and encrypted separately, this report will be accepted as submitted and considered a breach of the Procedure’s requirements).
- in order to create a registration card, we suggest using MICEX SE CJSC’s program for registration card formation found in this section. The file created by the program containing the registration card is sent via e-mail to the address regcard@micex.com in accordance with the requirements of the Procedure.
