At the ZAO MICEX SE Board of Directors meeting on April 18th, 2007, the following fees for repeated issue of documents upon request to ZAO MICEX SE Traders were approved, effective July 10th, 2007.

  1. For issuing reports to ZAO MICEX SE Traders at their request in accordance with the forms \ formats provided for in the Rules of Securities Trading on the ZAO MICEX Stock Exchange:
    1. Repeated issue of hard copy reports – 200 rubles, VAT excluded, per report per trading day;
    2. Repeated issue of electronic reports – 20 rubles, VAT excluded, per report per trading day;
  2. For issuing trading results to ZAO MICEX SE Traders at their request if Trader submits the request in a form \ format different from those provided for in the Rules of Securities Trading on the ZAO MICEX Stock Exchange:
    1. Issue of hard copy documents – 250 rubles, VAT excluded, per report per trading day;
    2. Issue of electronic documents (on a disk) – 70 rubles, VAT excluded, per report per trading day.

The fee for repeated issue of reports at the request of Clearing Participants:

  • 20 (Twenty) rubles, VAT included, per electronic report per settlement day;
  • 200 (Two hundred) rubles, VAT included, per hard copy report per settlement day;
  • 250 (Two hundred and fifty) rubles, VAT included, per non-standard hard copy report per settlement day.
