The first issuer of IGC Sector was the Closed Investment Unit Fund of especially risky (venture) investments “FINAM – Informational Technologies” (FINAM-IT).
In the course of exchange offering in IGC Sector at the MICEX Stock Exchange, investors were offered to have an additional issue of shares of the fund “FINAM – Informational Technologies”, which was fully purchased by members. In IGC Sector “FINAM” offered in total 53 000 of units of its fund to investors, the value of each was RUR 9467.61. Thus, in the result of offering the fund gained more than RUR 500 million. They will be invested into acquisition of additional assets in various sectors of IT-business. In particular, presently a part of the attracted money is planned to forward to include the shareholding of the context advertisement system “Begun” into the UIF’s portfolio. Besides, the priority tendencies of investment for the fund “FINAM – informational Technologies” are social networks, navigation and advertisement services, payment systems, games, and also various innovative elaborations in High-Tech segment.
Offering of units of the fund “FINAM – Informational Technologies” was carried out through the procedure of exchange auction. Applications on buying units were submitted directly through trading system of the MICEX Stock Exchange in interval from 10:00 to 13:00 on June, 14. Preliminary data allow claiming that the first offering in IGC Sector was successful.

The Closed Investment Unit Fund of especially risky (venture) investments “FINAM – Informational Technologies” (Regulations on trust management were registered in FSFM of Russia on December, 20 2005 No. 0446–78559613) was formed in the beginning of 2006. Through the period from May, 31 2006 to May, 31 2007 the value of its unit grew for 90.71%. The value of net wealth of the fund (as reported on April, 28 current year) exceeds RUR 1.09 billion. Presently the fund “FINAM – Informational Technologies” owns the following property (directly and indirectly): 68.5% of CJSC “Mamba” shares, 26.5% in the capital of “Buka” company (Buka Ltd.), 30% of CJSC “Ashmanov and Partners” shares, 50% of CJSC “Searching Technologies”, 25% + 1 share of CJSC “Moneymail”, share of 55% in the authorized capital in LLC “MEGA STYLES” (E-generator.ru).

When buying the investment unit one should carefully familiarize with the regulations on trust management of the investment unit fund. The value of investment units can increase or decrease, results of investment in past do not specify revenues in future. The state does not guarantee the profitability of investments into investment funds. The regulations of investment unit funds, which are management of MC “FINAM Management”, provide for mark-ups to the rated value of investment units at their distribution and discounts from the rated value of investment units at their repayment. Charge of mark-ups (discounts) will reduce the profitability of investments into investment units of the investment unit fund.
