MICEX supports the following operations:

Bond placement operations:

• bond placement auctions;
• additional placement at fixed selling prices;

Secondary market operations:

• sale and purchase of bonds;
• exchanging obligations of a specific issue for obligations of another issue;

REPO market operations:

• inter-dealer REPO;
• direct REPO against the Bank of Russia;
• sale of the Bank of Russia’s bonds with the obligation of repurchase (modified REPO);

Other operations:

• cash position management.
