Operations

MICEX allows the following OGSZ operations:

1. Auctions for placing bonds:
   – with different placement prices;
   – with a uniform placement price;
2. Additional sale of OGSZ
   Additional sale of OGSZ takes place at auction, in accordance with the procedure established for uniform placement price auctions, on the days determined by the Issuer, within the placement period of the respective OGSZ issue;
3. Auctions for exchanging OGSZ for federal loan bonds;
4. Repurchase of OGSZ by the Issuer on the days determined by the OGSZ issue resolution.

Reports on the results of OGSZ operations are provided to Investors by the Agent.
