Procedure for Admitting Investors to the SSB Market

Investors who have executed the following agreements are allowed to perform operations in the SSB market:

1. With Agent — SSB Market Service Agreement.
2. With Depositary — Depositary Agreement.

The SSB Depositary Service Agreement between the Depositary and the Investor is executed after the SSB Market Service Agreement.

If a “depo” account was opened for the Investor in the Depositary, the Depositary opens a special “SSB” section in this account.

Sberbank of Russia acts as the Agent and Depositary for the SSB market.
