Admission to Trading on MICEX SE Derivatives Market
According to the Access Rules of MICEX SE Derivatives Market (hereinafter referred to as “the Access Rules”) and the Moscow Interbank Currency Exchange Clearing Rules for Derivatives Market, (hereinafter referred to as “the Clearing Rules”), a Market Participant should fulfill several conditions in order to get admission to trading on MICEX SE Derivatives Market:
1. Be included in the list of Market Participants of MICEX SE Derivatives Market;
2. Pay the admission fee;
3. Be accepted for clearing services by the Clearing Organization;
4.Provide an application for admission to trading;
5. Accredit at least one trader provided the following documents for each trader to MICEX SE:
- a power of attorney executed in the established form;
- a notary certified copy of the exchange broker license for futures and options transactions granted to the trader by the federal executive authority;
- a notary cerified copy of a valid Qualification Certificate for professional activity on securities market granted to the trader by the federal executive body.
6. Provide two copies of the Informational and Technical Services Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “the ITS Agreement”).
Upon signing the ITS Agreement, the following documents should be provided:
- a power of attorney for the Remote Workstation Administrator in the form of Appendix 6 to the ITS Agreement;
- a power of attorney for an authorized person in the form of Appendix 5 to the ITS Agreement.
7. Establish a remote workplace.
8. Get access to the MICEX SE Derivatives Market Electronic Document System.
