Becoming a Client in the MICEX SE Derivatives Market

To trade on MICEX SE Derivatives Market without being a Market Participant, you must register as a Client of Market Participant.
An individual or a legal entity can become a Client of a Market Participant.
To register as a Client you should complete the following procedures:

• study conditions of client service offered by various Market Participant;
• chose Market Participant with convenient conditions;
• make an agreement with the Market Participant regarding the procedure for receiving market information, transferring your orders for making deals on derivatives market, and other terms of service;
• set up the trading service agreement with the Market Participant.

Attend to that not all Market Participants provide full access to MICEX SE Derivatives Market.

While registration Market Participant opens a separate positional account for his client, on which this client’s open positions are kept separately from positions of the Section Member and other clients.

Client’s liabilities resulting from derivatives transactions are included into the total liabilities of his Market Participant, on which the latter settles with Clearing Organization.
