How to Become a Market Participant

Only legal entities meeting Russian statutory requirements and requirements for Market Participants in accordance with the Access Rules of MICEX SE Derivatives Market and other internal documents regulating operations on MICEX SE Derivatives Market.

A Market Participan must:

• have licenses issued by FSFM:
  • an exchange intermediary license to trade futures and options on the exchange market;
  • a professional securities market participant license for realization broker and/or dealer activities and/or securities management activities;
• have general banking license issued by the Central Bank of the Russian Federation (for credit organizations);
• meet financial status requirements, established depending on the kind of professional securities market activities, effected in accordance with the professional securities market participant license issued by the federal executive authority.
