Admission to Trading on MICEX Derivatives Market

To be admitted to trading a Section Member has to:

  1. Be affiliated with Section Members;
  2. Pay the admission fee;
  3. Be accepted for clearing services by the Clearing Organization;
  4. Provide an application for admission to trading, executed in accordance with Appendix 7 to the Section Rules;
  5. Have a valid license of the exchange intermediary to trade futures and option on the exchange market issued by the federal executive authority.

Additional conditions for admitting Section Members to trading of certain types of contracts may be established in Specifications.

To be able to trade derivatives Section Member shold:

  1. Accredit at least one trader by providing following documents for each Trader to MICEX:
    1. the letter of attorney;
    2. the notary certified copy of the license of exchange broker for futures and options transactions granted to the trader by the federal executive authority;
  2. Establish a remote workplace.
