How to become a Client on MICEX Derivatives Market

To trade on MICEX Derivatives Market without being a Section Member, you must register as a Client of a Section Member. To register as a Client you should complete the following procedures:

• study conditions of client service offered by various Section Members;
• choose Section Member with convenient conditions;
• make an agreement with the Section Member regarding the procedure for receiving market information, tranfering your orders for making deals on derivatives market and other terms of service;
• set up the trading service contract with the Section Member.

An individual or a legal entity can become a Client of a Section Member after being accepted by the Section Member for providing trading services.

Legal entities and individuals can become Clients of a Section Member regardless of whether or not they are residents.

You can contact MICEX for information on registering yourself or your organization in Section as a Client and opening a separate positional account.

While registration Section Member opens a separate positional account for his client, on which this client’s open positions are kept separately from positions of the Section Member and other cliens.

All the transactions of the client are settled in the name of his Section Member. Clients liabilities resulting from derivatives transactions are included into реу едефд liabilities of his Section Member.

The Clearing Rules of MICEX Derivatives Market (Standard Contracts) Section impose certain requirements on the trading services provided by Section Members to their Clients so as to protect the Clients’ interests.
