Procedure for Acquiring Market Maker Status   Market Makers’ Obligations   List of Market-Makers

A trading participant acquires Market Maker status by executing the Agreement on Performing Market Maker Functions with the exchange.

Market Maker status can be acquired by trading participants for one or several types of forward contracts included on the List of Quoted Forward Contracts with Which Market Maker Functions can be Performed.

Market Maker functions can also be performed by a trading participant for all series of forward contracts of a certain type and by groups of series of forward contracts of a certain type established by the List of Quoted Forward Contracts.

The Market Maker Agreement is executed between the Exchange and the trading participant for each type of forward contracts with which the trading participant performs Market Maker functions. The Market Maker Agreement indicates the groups of forward contract series of this type out of the forward contracts established by the List of Quoted Forward Contracts with which the trading participant performs Market Maker functions.
