The average commission fee on swap deals in the USD/RUB segment in the UTS was decreased by 33% (from 0.00075% to 0.00050%).

August 25
UTS Trading Participants who settle through the MICEX SH CJSC have the ability to receive monies on the results of settlements with the NCC starting at 14:30 Moscow time (previously 17:00). Beginning on December 15 this time is changed to 15:30 Moscow time.

December 15
For UTS Trading Participants who deposit and settle in Russian rubles through the MICEX SH CJSC, the trading time for USDRUB_TOD instruments and USD/RUB swap deals in the USD/RUB segment is extended to 15:00 Moscow time and for EURRUB_TOD instruments and EUR/RUB swap deals in the EUR/RUB segment – to 12:30 Moscow time.
