Compliance of MICEX Indices with Regulatory Acts
In accordance with the requirements of the Provision on the Composition and Structure of Joint Stock Investment Fund Assets and Unit Investment Fund Assets, approved by the order of the FSSM of Russia, dd. May, 20 2008 No. 08–19/pz-n (modified and amended), the MICEX Stock Exchange discloses information on the compliance of MICEX indices with the Provision’s requirements for indices on the base of which index unit investment funds can be founded.

Number of Issuers is the quantity of issuers whose securities are included in the index calculation base (at least 10 issuers are required)
Security Value Portion (Capital Portion) (1) is the value of securities included on Quote Lists (except Quote List “I”) in the total value of all securities that are used for index calculation (at least 50% is required)1
Security Value Portion (Capital Portion) (2) is the value of securities included on Quote List “I” and securities that are not included on Quote Lists that do not comply with the requirements for including securities on Quote List B in terms of the minimum monthly amount of trades and capital in the total value of all securities that are used for index calculation (at least 10% is required)1
1 If the index is calculated by the stock exchange, the index list may include, upon agreement with the federal executive securities market authority, securities included on quote list “I” of that stock exchange and securities admitted to circulation on the stock exchange without completing the listing procedure.
