The Procedure for OSM Settlement Center Members to Access the MICEX SH ESS via the Internet Bank-Client System
To connect to the MICEX SH ESS via the Internet Bank-Client System, a Member must:
- Submit notarized copies of the documents confirming the powers of the persons who have the right to use their electronic signatures for the disposal of funds in their bank account and copies of the documents certifying their identities;
- Execute the Contract for Participation in the Internet Bank-Client System with the MICEX SH;
- If a Member of the OSM Settlement Center is a Participant in the MICEX Electronic Document Circulation System (EDCS), he must act in accordance with the procedure described in the Connecting to a New EDCS Sub-System section of MICEX’s website.
- If a Member of the OSM Settlement Center is not a Participant in the MICEX EDCS, he must act in accordance with the procedure described in the Accession to EDCS section of MICEX’s website.
- Once the steps specified in Clauses 1 – 4 have been completed, the personal identification and EDCS password will be provided by the MICEX SH Automation Department (tel. 745–81-11) in accordance with the power of attorney in the name of the Client’s representative.
- To use the Internet Bank-Client System as a backup communication channel, an appropriate letter must be submitted to the MICEX SH.
