Evgeniy Vadimovich Ellinskiy, Vice-President

Evgeniy Vadimovich Ellinskiy was born on July 20th, 1966 in Gorky.

In 1988, he graduated from Gorky’s A.A. Zhdanov Polytechnic Institution with a degree in radio engineering.

In 1998, he completed his post-graduate studies at the Volgo-Vyatkskaya Civil Service Academy with a degree in economics.

From 1999 to 2000, he completed the management course in the President’s Program for Executive Training at the Nizhniy Novgorod Educational Consortium.

From 1993 to 1995, he worked for the Joint-Stock Industrial and Investment Bank Volgo-Vyatkskiy Prominbank as the head of the Investment Department.

He joined the Nizhniy Novgorod Currency and Stock Exchange (NCSE) on the date of its foundation. From 1995 to 2000, he held the position of Chairman of the NCSE Management Board. From 2000 until his appointment as MICEX Deputy CEO, he was Chairman of the Management Board of the Nizhniy Novgorod Currency and Stock Exchange (NCSE). He is Chairman of the Board of Directors of the MICEX – South, MICEX – Volga Region, MICEX – Ural Region, and MICEX – Far East Regional Exchange Centers.

He has been a member of the Council of the National Currency Association since 2002.

He has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of the National Mercantile Exchange since 2003.

He has been accredited by the Federal Commission for Securities and Stock Market as a senior stock exchange executive.

He has been the Deputy CEO of MICEX since July 1st, 2003.

From August 22nd, 2003 to October 2005, he was Deputy CEO and member of the Directorate of MICEX.

Evgeniy Ellinskiy is married and has a daughter.
