General Information
The selection and screening process for employment candidates consists of several principal stages.
The first stage includes reviewing resumes and detailed telephone interviews conducted by the Personnel Department.
The second stage includes a professional interview with the members of the selected unit, during which the candidate’s professional knowledge and skills as well as his ability to complete relevant tasks are assessed. More than one professional interview may be conducted depending on the complexity and level of the position.
Then, a meeting with the Personnel Department managers is held in order to get to know the candidate, get a clear idea of his professional aspirations and motivations for seeking employment at the MICEX Group, and discuss current and prospective opportunities.
The final stage is implemented by the head of the unit, taking into account the opinions of all interested parties. A job offer may be made upon the approval of a new employee’s candidature by the head of the company.
