The MICEX Exchange Council adopted the new version of the Rules of the MICEX Derivatives (Standard Contracts) Market Section and decided to begin trading in futures on the US dollar.
17 November
Trading began in futures on the US dollar. 7 banks and financial companies were admitted to the first trading session. 33 transactions to the total amount of over 2,5 million rubles were concluded.
