ALOR INVEST’s Sales and Syndication Department provides the marketing of issued financial instruments. The Sales and Syndication Department has a wide base of counterparties and extensive experience in participating in IPOs.
ALOR INVEST outsources certain operations in the framework of projects it implements. Among ALOR INVEST’s partners are audit organizations and PR agencies. To secure the client’s interests, when selecting partner organizations, ALOR INVEST holds open tenders or, if necessary, tripartite negotiations involving the client.
