To obtain permission to connect a broker system, the user must submit a written application to one of the MICEX technological centers (the MICEX itself, regional technological centers). The technological center gives the users the list of broker systems.

The user selects a broker system and concludes an agreement with the provider of the broker system. On completing the installation of the broker system, the user submits to the technological center the Broker System Software Installation Report, signed by the authorized representatives of the user and the provider of the broker system, the Protocol of the technological readiness of the broker system for connection to the MICEX hard- and software complex (the Protocol), signed by the authorized representatives of the user and the technological center, the precise diagram of the broker system' connection to the MICEX hard- and software complex and other document that may be requested by the technological center.

Besides, to connect the broker system to the MICEX hard- and software complex, the user must conclude with the MICEX or a regional technological center an Agreement of providing technological access to the MICEX hard- and software complex. This agreement provides for the peculiarities of connection of the user's broker system to the MICEX hard- and software complex in the MICEX stock market and the government securities market.

On the ground of submitted documents, the technological center grants the user permission for the connection of a broker system to the MICEX hard- and software complex and notifies the user of the latter in writing.

Broker systems connected to the MICEX hard- and software complex must meet the "The MICEX requirements to broker systems and the order of their connection to the MICEX soft- and hardware complex".
