Has obtained Certificate of New York Mercantile Exchange (NYMEX) "Energy Carriers and Futures Markets" Program (1993).

2000 — March 2002 — European-Asian Exchange, Deputy Director General — Chief of Trading Organization Department. Participated in organization of auction on quotas for import of raw sugar, quotas for catch of marine bioresources (2000-2002), of grain procurements to Intervention Fund of the Russian Federation on commodity exchanges (November, 2001).

Since July 2002 — Director of National Mercantile Exchange.
