Membrship and Accreditation
Admission to NAMEX Members and Regular Visitors, Broker Accreditation
A legal entity (company) that wishes to become a NAMEX Member, shall submit the following documents to NAMEX:
- Application for admission to NAMEX Members;
- Membership Agreement with NAMEX. This Agreement shall be made in two copies (both having the force of originals) in accordance with a form, set by NAMEX, shall be signed by a person, having the right of the first signature on the company documents, and shall be verified by the company stamp;
- Notarized copy of the company Charter;
- Notarized copy of the State Registration Certificate of the company;
- Notarized card with samples of authorized persons' signatures and with a print of the company stamp;
- Registration Card on paper and in digital format.
A legal entity (company) that wishes to become NAMEX Regular Visitor, shall submit the following documents to NAMEX:
- Application for admission to NAMEX Regular Visitors;
- Regular Visitor's Agreement with NAMEX. This Agreement shall be made in two copies (both having the force of originals) in accordance with a form, set by NAMEX, shall be signed by a person, having the right of the first signature on the company documents, and shall be verified by the company stamp;
- Notarized copy of the company Charter;
- Notarized copy of the State Registration Certificate of the company;
- Notarized card with samples of authorized persons' signatures and with a print of the company stamp;
- Registration Card on paper and in digital format.
Decision on admitting Applicants to NAMEX Members and NAMEX Regular Visitors is taken by NAMEX Board.
After decision on admitting an Applicant as NAMEX Member/Regular Visitor is taken, NAMEX shall sign a corresponding Agreement.
All trading deals shall be concluded by Trading Participants (hereinafter referred to as Traders) via individuals, accredited at NAMEX as brokers and authorized by Members/Regular Visitors to close deals on their behalf.
NAMEX Member/Regular Visitor shall accredit its authorized representative (Broker) at NAMEX in order to participate in trading sessions and to provide services for its Clients by submitting an application for accreditation of authorized representative together with required attached documents, to NAMEX.
Decision concerning application to accredit an authorized representative is taken by NAMEX Director.
Rules of Clients' Participation in Trading Transactions
Both private individuals and legal entities, which are not NAMEX Members/Regular Visitors, can take part in trading transactions as Clients of NAMEX Members/Regular Visitors.
A Client, whishing to participate in trading sessions, shall choose a NAMEX Member/Regular Visitor to its discretion, and conclude a Broker Service Agreement with such Member/Regular Visitor, as well as other Contracts, stipulating service procedure and terms.
If a Client wants to conduct transactions at trading sessions, NAMEX Member/Regular Visitor shall do the following:
- Register the Client at NAMEX. When the Client is registered, NAMEX Member/Regular Visitor, which provides services for such Client, opens a separate trading (position) account for transactions of NAMEX Member/Regular Visitor, made on behalf of this Client;
- Submit all necessary data on the Client and required documents, including notarized signature samples of persons, authorized to conclude Supply Contracts, to NAMEX.
NAMEX Member/Regular Visitor shall be responsible:
- For fulfillment of liabilities with respect to Client's transactions;
- For timely transfer of payments to the Client's Security Deposit;
- For reliability of the data about its Clients;
- For timely presentation of all required documents and data to NAMEX and to its Clients.
Grain trading is conducted within the operating limit, which shall be established in compliance with the sum of Security Deposit, made by Trader. In order to acquire the operating limit to bid at trading sessions, the Client shall submit to NAMEX Member/Regular Visitor, which provides services for the Client, a Security Deposit in accordance with the procedure, specified by the Contract (Agreement) concluded between these parties. Settlement and clearing of accounts between NAMEX Member/Regular Visitor and the Client concerning deals, made on behalf of the Client, shall be performed in compliance with Contract (Agreement), concluded between them.
